Besides simple aluminum products output, we offer more for customers' requirement. Usually, the routine we run the aluminum products as follows：

•Drawing confirmation- outlet and dimension
Before going on any new shapes, we have to examine and discuss the critical structure with customers since the designed shape by customer will, sometimes, cause the failure or unstable quality during mass production. Also, highly die charge will come out for difficult die making like semi-hollow one. It is the reason, our engineers need to take time to estimate and make sure the drawing which will be workable under a reasonable cost balance.
-Leadtime：7 days (depend cases)

•Die making -
After drawing confirmation, die making will be the following step to go on.
-Leadtime：7-10 days

•Sample testing -
Testing the die by extruding the aluminum product (sample), and checking the products is good under the accepted tolerance.
-Leadtime：5-7 days

•Sample confirmation -
Sending out the sample as required specification of customers, and getting back they confirmation to forward mass production.
-Leadtime：3-7 days

•Mass production -
Finishing every step above with customer's confirmation, it is time to run mass production in raw material part.
-Leadtime：7-15 days (depend the quantity)

•Process -
-Fabrication： Cutting, Punching, Drilling, Welding, Sand -Blasting..
-Surfacing finishing: Anodizing, Polishing, Coating (colors)...
-Printing：logo printing on products
-Leadtime：7-15 days (depend quantity)

•Packing -
The general material and service we offer in packing including: labels printing, instrument, polybag, paper carton, and wooden case
